Here’s some further details on why I’m doing this:

At 33 years old, I found out I was Dyslexic and before that, I really struggled with social anxiety, decision-making and verbal self-expression.

Since then, I have overcome these challenges and I made it my mission to help others substantiate their healthy habits and self-care beyond the treatment room.

I recently created The Unique Learning Ability Show – An online summit looking at Learning Challenges: Top secrets to thrive with confidence, stability and productivity.

The show addresses challenges with learning, issues with neurodiversity and unhealthy habitual behaviours with a functional application called a Unique Learning Ability (ULA), using a fun and accessible conversational format.

I’m curating 21 experts to impart their knowledge, talents and support, so that you can celebrate your unique talents, and learn how to speak up for what you need and feel valued.

Points of exploration:
– How to celebrate your unique talents
– Best known tips to manage the mind and emotions
– How to make self-fulfilling decisions in all situations
– How to speak up and feel valued
– 21 ways to perform at your best

So imagine if you could confidently do all this, without hiding or masking yourself!

There’s never been a more significant time for me to ‘trust the process.’

In the last two weeks my beliefs and emotions have been trying to drag me screaming into a pit of despair and non-action, threatening my health and livelihood.

The anxiousness felt so real and was all encompassing.

The intensive breath-work training bringing so much from the past, perceived present and future, and at the same time it re-established the stability to carry on.

I realised, it’s not possible to trust the process without the foundation of a powerful intention and vision, leading the way in the mid-ground!

On reflection, I discovered that when a powerful vision is present and chaos descends, you get to trust your decisions, regardless of knowing what’s for the best, which directs the process.

… and intention is useless without committed actions!

Once actions are taken, collecting evidence of what worked and re-committing to new actions allows deep confidence to develop.

… a fine balance of sticking to my own intuition, reviewing a whole new routine and asking for help/support from compassionate people from all angles was the real life-saver!

I feel testing out advice only from those who have gone through the very thing you’re seeking support about is important.

When shit happens, shift happens!

I can now choose the shift that happens by having new reference points and truly trusting the process.

Yet only when the intention and vision is powerful enough, otherwise I get to ask for direct support!

… and then more shit happens, yet like magic, not like sabotage.

‘Overwhelming thoughts, demands and complications are reactionary responses to the learned patterns of protection and self-judgement…

… and they are all authorised by a well-versed, archaic attitude, brought up on the soup of primeval survival mechanisms, and then well-fed by the many misinterpretations of social naivety.’

I’m exploring the link between neurodiversity issues, stress management and long-term health, to see what’s possible to work with from and functional learning perspective.

I feel we are creating everything in our lives as we go forward, be it a conscious or subconscious choosing, and what we prioritise with our thinking patterns makes things happen (or not happen!)

I look to reframe challenges with learning with a process of functional learning and self-expression by uncovering an understanding of how to access and work with our Unique Learning Ability (ULA).

I’m thrilled my Unique Learning Ability Show online summit (see my other posts!) aims to uncover top secrets from top experts to thrive with confidence, stability and productivity is coming soon (launching October 12th)!

Are you a great speaker (or do you know one?) in neurodiversity, mental/emotional fitness, functional learning or holistic health management?

Please do get in touch!

A Poem for Procession

A Poem for Procession:

‘Reframe the mind

to rewire the brain.

Reload the challenge

to reboot the ability.

Refresh the system

to release the body.

Repeat the method

to refine the process.’

โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”

I’m preparing myself for creating my summit opt-in landing page video at the moment.

I recently had an hour’s walk back from the barber’s I found, through the new country I live in, hardly knowing anyone here

… it’s a ride I get to travel with both my self-doubt and my self-esteem.

I could choose to see it as being lonely or as inspirational.

I choose inspirational!

Walking, connecting to the scenery and the unknown, lays down the feeling of opportunity in every moment.

I’m working with everything that comes to me in the moment.

I don’t have a mattress or bed frame yet where I live, just a folded double futon mattresses on the floor!

I’m still living out of suitcases because my summit will kick-start my business, services and finances going forward … and this will help bring forwards everything I want in my vision.

Helping me, help others, help themselves.

I can’t wait to have a ‘revitalisation’ space in Portugal, where people can join together, dance together, be treated, learn about accessing their true creativity and nourish themselves.

Thank you all for being here, it helps to know that whatever I feel, I have you all in my community.
