‘Everyone is an actor in their own real-life play,
(whether aware of this or not)
… the real question is who’s script do you want to study and star in as the leading role?’

I feel we are creating everything in our lives as we go forward, be it a conscious or subconscious choosing, and what we prioritise with our thinking patterns makes things happen (or not happen!)
I am reframing neurodiversity issues and challenges with learning with a process in functional learning and self-expression by exploring the understanding of how to work with our Unique Learning Ability (ULA)
I’m thrilled my online summit (see my other posts!) aims to uncover top secrets to thrive with confidence, stability and productivity is in the process of development!
I’m also changing my relationship with money and asking for help, so I’m looking for promotional and financial support in lead up to the event.
If you’re lit up by my ideas, I really would appreciate your help in getting this project going, so please click my gofundme link and make a contribution if you want to support me!
I’m thrilled to say I’m going to launch The Unique Learning Ability Show, focusing on overcoming learning challenges with experts sharing top secrets to thrive with confidence, stability and productivity!
I’m embracing my relationship with money and stepping through my fear of judgement and asking for help.
My mission with this is to help people understand how to manage their energy and become emotionally fit, working on their strengths through challenges with learning, especially where neurodiversity issues and chronic health conditions are concerned.
Contributions will help me kick-start a movement, community and business supporting all the people it will help going forward!
Please share with 3 friends you know who could help/support me in this process!
Thanks for your time and here’s to a better world ππͺπΌβ€
Health manifests and comes from what we choose to do via our mind, habits, beliefs and choices.
If we don’t look into and work with our mental strength and agility, we will make poor choices and our body has to take what comes regardless.
Looking after our mind will therefore look after our health within our work and life β¦ and therefore the balance can often occur naturally or easily be found!
I feel it can often take me only a minute or so of mental fitness practice to change my perspective and make a good decision, depending on the weight of the situation and challenge I am facing.
Next time you feel upset or resistance, stop and notice how you deeply feel and allow yourself to get present who you truly are and who you want to be!
This is where best decisions, growth and inspiration comes from.
What are you getting from this?

β¦ and neurodiverse thinking comes from a ‘Unique Learning Ability.’
Feel free to make contact if you want some easy ways to get clear and focussed!
… He speaks my language and somehow effortlessly describes my own previous struggles and reflects back my subconscious beliefs on neurodiversity! π€―
Check this podcast link ππ½ to listen to the short and sweet talk (11 mins) to get some brilliant insight, especially if you’re ‘dyslexic’, ‘neurodiverse’ (or a ‘unique learning ability’ as I like to call it) or have your suspicions.
We can all often try to fit in to too many boxes that we feel ‘should fit into’, thus causing needless hassle, when we could actually create our own boxes to fit into in a lot of circumstances!
… in fact, consistent compromising to ‘fit in’ is what I think heavily contributes to the causes neurodiversity in the first place!
I just want to take the opportunity to wish you a happy, healthy Xmas and an even more super-charged new year!
Here’s my gift for you:
Winding back through everything that I’ve been exploring, learning and developing in the last year including Lymphatic Health Exercise, Metabolic Health Exercise, Holistic Health Analysis, Nutrition, Osteopathy, Yoga/Qigong and keeping the immune system firing on all cylinders, I’d say this video shares the single-most important piece of lesser-known observational knowledge about health regulation, that I see as a huge missing link to some of the most important issues with human health today.
It’s a humble presentation that is by no means polished and I hope you have the time to give it some good attention.
Whether for general knowledge, building strength/stamina, or wanting to understand more about how to address a health problem, I feel this info should be known by doctors, healthcare practitioners, teachers and the public alike.
β¦ and I’ve been spending all this time since February turning at least 5 years of specialist knowledge into something that I can help people with as online consultations/resources/tools.
It’s certainly an ongoing process!
β¦ and in the coming year, I’m going to concentrate on working with Osteopaths to help further improve the profession and the quality of the information β¦ and therefore reach those in need on a much more wider scale.
I’d like you to know that I’m here for you and anyone that may need informed options, direction, prioritisation and support to become more healthy, stress resilient and address any issues with chronic health complaints.
Due to the fact that we can sometimes not understand what might be helping or hindering our health, I’m happy to talk with anyone who might be interested in what I do, especially to those who are struggling with isolation, symptoms, poor habits β¦ or whether they’ve been told that nothing is known to help with the condition β¦ or are assuming it’s ‘normal signs of ageing’β¦ or simply wish to feel improvement and try something new to move forwards with.
So be it moving well, eating well, sleeping well, breathing well, thinking well and/or feeling well, I’m here to help as a gateway to options, guidance and prioritisation by sharing very useful information about self-management as well as look at referral to other forms of treatment and management in the areas we decide that need the work most.
